Responsible Gaming

KingJohnnie is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial burden. This page outlines the tools and resources available to help you stay in control.

Setting Limits

We offer a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity:

Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you can fund your account.
Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a specific period.
Session Time Limits: Set a maximum time for each gaming session.
Wagering Limits: Control the total amount you can wager over a set timeframe.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can use our self-exclusion feature. This will temporarily or permanently block access to your account. Contact our support team at support@{{ app.request.getHttpHost() }} to activate self-exclusion.

Recognizing Problem Gambling

Ask yourself the following questions. If you answer yes to any of them, you may have a gambling problem:

Do you gamble more than you can afford to lose?
Do you chase losses by continuing to gamble?
Has gambling affected your relationships or work?
Do you borrow money or sell possessions to gamble?
Do you feel anxious or irritable when not gambling?

Underage Gambling

KingJohnnie strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under the age of 18. We use age verification measures to prevent underage access. Parents can also use filtering software such as NetNanny or CyberPatrol to block access to gambling sites.

We train our staff to recognize signs of problem gambling and to respond with sensitivity and discretion. We are dedicated to providing a safe and fair gaming environment for all our players.
